I just watched an interview from the Colbert Report on the 18th. Meghan McCain was on and I really like her, despite being extremely liberal.

I Love The Whole World And All Its Craziness
I found this on YouTube, and if you love Dirty Jobs, you should go watch. :)
Brangelina had their adorable twins during the past week. They are so cute, but then again, they'd have to be right?
The Lohan family has some serious issues. Dina needs to go learn to parent from Britney's mom methinks. Ali apparently auditioned for a porn director? No word on when the 14 year old will be releasing her first film with him. Lindsay is all upset that the L.A. police chief said she was gay, but yet didn't attack any tabloids or magazines for their comments on her sexuality - in short, she wasn't trying to set the record straight until now.
Stephen Colbert is in trouble from the residents of Canton, Georgia, and Canton, Kansas. While he apologized to Georgia, he slammed Kansas. Apparently no one else in the nation got the memo that his show is almost pure comedy. The clip on CNN has a little girl saying she wants to kick Colbert in the (ass or balls? the mom covers her mouth before she can say it).
John McCain is driving me crazy. The ads slamming Obama are a little ridiculous. Obama never said he was the Messiah, and no one honestly thinks that he is, so really, that's just stupid. Sure, it might be clever marketing, but again, the same old crap from the Republican nominee. No one has attacked him on his age yet, so he better watch out. He may have 70+ years of life experience behind him, but how many years will he have in front of him? You can't live forever McCain.
Morgan Freeman was in a car accident last night! I hope that he's okay. They just said that he is in serious condition, which is not a happy thing. He is probably my all time favorite actor. Honestly, if he was really God, a la Bruce/Evan Almighty, I would believe. They had to use the jaws of life to get him and the female passenger out of the car late last night. I hope he is okay :(

Cookies Are A Sometimes Food
So I've been upset for a while about Sesame Street.
First, they make Bert and Ernie move stop living together out of fear that it would turn kids gay or something like that. I always thought that Bert and Ernie were brothers so I dunno where they're getting that notion. Now they have their own places and there's no Rubber Ducky song with interruptions by an annoyed Bert.
But the biggest thing that annoys me about Sesame Street is that now the Cookie Monster is addicted to healthy foods like fruits and veggies. This is not the Cookie Monster we all know and love, the one we grew up with. Surprisingly however, fruit has become the number one snack for kids, passing cookies in recent sales. Stephen Colbert talked to Cookie Monster about this issue just last week.

Stewart/Colbert '08
Note: I've been working a lot. Don't feel neglected - I haven't even been returning phone calls to my friends. I got a second job working with my parents Mon-Wed, working at Kmart the other days of the week until school starts.
No, Jon and Stephen haven't thrown their hats into the Presidential race Since Stephen's failed attempt at running in South Carolina, I doubt that will happen for another 4 years at least. But, the duo have returned to late night... without their writers, due to the strike. I have to say, I love them both immensely, but Stephen, you are way better without writers than Jon. I don't know what it is, but you just have something that screams "Laugh!"
Mike is still here. My sister still wants to die and/or kill him. It got so bad the other night that I pretty much had my baseball bat on me at all times. I just didn't feel comfortable.
The Hot Topic in Brookfield Square is closing! But I got a lot of cute stuff for under 6 bucks, especially for there..
Theron's great grandma died. :( I am so sorry for Theron and their family, but very happy for her. He surprised me tonight by being in town and taking me out to dinner with his mom. After a week of not seeing him, it was a very welcomed night out. Since we were with his mom, we weren't quite as lovey as normal - which is always the case - but still, it was nice to see his smile and get a kiss or two. :) Our moms met tonight too, so that was nice to get out of the way. And school starts in about a week and a half, so I'll finally get Theron all to myself - mwahahahaha!
